National Faith & Blue Weekend facilitates safer and stronger communities by engaging law enforcement officers and local residents through the connections of faith-based organizations.

 On October 5 come to the Faith & Blue event at Parkland College from 1 to 4. Faith & Blue was created in order to bridge the gap between law enforcement and the community while using faith as a commonality to gain interest and trust with the people we serve. “The initiative aims to re-calibrate police-community relations through solutions-focused, in-person, socially distanced and/or virtual activities that are organized jointly by faith-based or other community groups and law enforcement agencies.”

 

There will be music, games, food, and even a car show at the event for people to enjoy and we would like for you to be a part of the experience as one of the vendors for the students to learn about and get to know
