CALLING ALL 7th and 8th Graders and Parents!

CUJF and Rabbi Jody are exploring the idea of joining an established trip to Israel for 8th grade students. TA’AM YISRAEL (Taste of Israel) is a trip run through the Chicago Federation and they are excited about the idea of extending our 8th grade students an opportunity to join the trip. The director of the Chicago Federation and the director of TA’AM YISRAEL are making a special trip to Champaign on October 9. If you have a current 7th or 8thgrader, please come to this informational meeting to hear about the amazing trip. This is truly an opportunity that should not be missed. The trip is designed especially for 8th graders, is open to anyone who practices Judaism, regardless of affiliation or previous educational experiences, and will help build a connection to the land of Israel.
