Caring for a loved one experiencing aging, disability, neurodiversity, chronic illness, or mental health challenges can be meaningful and deeply demanding. Sichat Nefesh, which means “a conversation of the soul,” offers a supportive space for family caregivers, guardians, and “the responsible ones” to connect, reflect, and breathe together.
Adults of all abilities are welcome. The space is accessible and sensory-friendly.
Future sessions will include guest advocates and community professionals to provide practical guidance on planning, resources, and navigating complex systems.
You do not have to carry it alone.
